- Once you approve the quote, we will proceed with manufacturing and notify you when your custom product is ready to ship.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods to ensure convenience for our customers. These include:
- Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) processed through Shopify Payments
- Bank Transfers (For orders paid by bank transfer, your order will be shipped within 5 days after placing the order, depending on the payment processing time.)

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We will partner with FedEx for all our shipping needs, ensuring reliable and timely delivery of your orders.
All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
After your order has been processed, delivery will take an additional 2-3 business days. Therefore, you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days from the time you place your order.
Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed in the checkout section once you have entered your shipping address. This ensures that you receive the most accurate shipping cost based on your location and the weight of your order.
After your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email containing your FedEx tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your shipment until it arrives at your doorstep.
What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase. The cost of return shipping will be supported by you, the client.

Certain items, like custom products (such as personalized aligners and lab products), cannot be returned.
For exchanges, return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, provided the item is in its original condition with proof of purchase.
